Higashidori.
The eastern Umeda streets make an easy starting point near the station district. Choose venues by their displayed menu and conditions rather than following unsolicited approaches.
The story behind this place
Higashi means “east”: these streets developed east of Umeda’s main shopping and station district. The neighbourhood expanded with Osaka’s postwar growth in the 1950s and 1960s. Its restaurants and entertainment venues belong to that history of everyday city nightlife.
