Amerikamura & Triangle Park.
Spend time browsing around the neighborhood rather than looking for a single attraction. Ask before taking photographs inside shops and avoid blocking busy corners.
The story behind this place
Amerikamura means “American village.” The name grew from shops selling American clothing and records as a new youth culture developed here from the 1970s. It describes the neighbourhood’s cultural influences, rather than a village founded by American settlers.
